Honey is the famous and most typical product. From a few years ago, lavender fields are surrounding Brihuega and are getting very popular as a tourist attraction, with a lot of activities and products related to lavender plants.<\/div>\n<div>Fuentes had a big castle with walls that surrounded the village. Actually we can see just some stones, and the arch in the main square.
